The quality was amazing. The design was flawed. The pockets on the dress disfigured my silhouette. Made me look fat. I didn’t love having to take $8 off the top to send it back, but I guess those are the T&C. Very sad that I couldn’t keep that dress, I had extremely high hopes. Unfortunately I don’t feel safe to try ordering again. Ordering from the US was stressful because of shipping time/return time and refund deduction.

The dresses are lovely, but DHL decided to charge me an additional 150€ for a shipment to Spain. This did not happen before Brexit, and I wish the website would’ve mentioned the extra fees, since I already paid the premium delivery fee of 25£ on my order. Totally not worth the trouble if you are ordering outside the UK

I love the dress and the fit, although being in Ireland and being them hit with a customs charge that was nearly a third of the dress price was a bit of a shock. I'd love to order more because the dress in itself is perfect but like this I don't think I will.

Das Kleid war ist sehr schön und auch der Versand hat weniger als zwei Wochen gedauert, allerdings war es sehr ärgerlich dass ich 30€ Zoll zahlen musste was mir vorher nicht bewusst war. Ich hätte gerne vorher gewusst dass ich noch extra Zoll zahlen muss.

Love that this is reversible. The fabric is also really nice quality. Here's some downfalls... I wish the high neck side was more high neck. I also have a long torso and loved the idea of the corset because it would accentuate my natural waist in a way most dresses are not able to. The natural waistline was still too close to my bust. I think they could be brought down since the corset could still accomdate girls with shorter torsos. I do love the dress but wish there were some tweaks.

Waited for over 2 weeks to get my dress shipped. I was surprised Taylor Tea Dress was a bit shiny, somehow in pictures it looks matte. Would return if I would not have to pay extra taxes Sizing up was good tip on the website

I’m still waiting on my dress because I got an exchange it’s taking a bit longer than expected however I am in a different country. It would be nice if I got updates on the process of my exchange more often rather than every 2 weeks or so. However the dress isn’t here yet, when it will be I will definitely let you guys know how much I like it.

They mainly focus on producing ITY fabric dresses tho these feel bad on the skin. Bamboo fabric is smoother, feels softer, is more breathable, and looks way better in person. If they would incorporate more bamboo fabric options and colors on the summer dresses would this be better. Also taxes are terrible for a 400 euro order, i paid 200 euro in taxes. Horrific. Also delivery is taking over more then a month.

A lot of our products are created in ITY. This fabric has good hold and drape. It maintains it's stretch wash after wash. You won't need to iron or steam these garments as the fabric is hardy in its' resistance to wrinkling. This fabric contains recycled polyester. We think 60% recycled is a good start but no where near good enough. We are working to secure fully recycled fabric options. This fabric is highly durable, stretchy and comfortable to wear. The fabric is double layered throughout the body for support. We are very sorry to hear that you had to pay 200€ for customs and that your experience has been heavily impacted by this. Since brexit, customs and duties are applicable on orders from the UK to the EU and are the responsibility of the receiver. As a small business, this is unfortunately a cost that we are currently unable to cover. We understand that customs charges are somewhat frustrating and we hope that offering free shipping to the EU helps to counteract some of these costs. Unfortunately our free shipping service does not cover any costs imposed by the receiving country for taxes and duties which varies by country. The quality of the items are great BUT I had to pay customs duties of 90€, which is a lot for me. I wish the customs fees were clearly communicated from the start.

To be honest, I was really excited to get my dress and when I got it was really disappointed. It's not bad. I will still wear the dress at some point but the construction was not up to par with the price. Really upsetting considering my dress was delayed because AYM Studio needed more time to make the dress (hand done by staff). One of the pockets wasn't even sewen together. I had to do it myself even after paying a high price for the dress. It also smells so bad. It smells like throw up even after two washes I can still smell it. It doesn't make me want to wear it at all just in case someone else smells it. I will never choose to wear this dress. It will be a last resort dress and because of this I probably won't order again. I don't mean to sound like a Karen, but I was really really excited for this and just disappointed. I didn't return the dress because I do want to support your business and mission but I hope you guys can work out these issues.

The dress is hard to get off around the top. The tie doesnt sinch as much as I was expecting. The dress is pretty heavy.

A bit pricey, but very nice. Materials are synthetic, but still high quality. I do not like, that there is no tax included in the price, so if you order from EU the final price is very very high and I do not think it is worth it. On a white dress that I ordered I also had one small brown spot.

I was surprised by the quality, considering the price. I am happy to support ethically made clothing so I’m not upset at the amount I paid, but surprised with how thin the fabric was and how many long threads were hanging off the seams that needed to be cut before I could wear the dress. The threads hanging off the sleeves and ends made it look cheap and I felt disappointed.

The dress does not fit me right. It flattens my chest quite a bit but I never got around to exchanging it for a bigger size. I think because it’s so tight up top, it makes my hips look very wide too.

The Product is very nice, but there was a problem with delivery service as i was picking up my package. i had to pay 5€ (customs duty which i’m aware and fine with), but i also had to pay there additional 18€ for delivery. i hope there is a way i can get compensated for it.

I think the fabric of the dress is amazing but it didn’t fit as I had hoped (it was too small even though I used the size guide and am always a large). The shipping went quite quickly considering it was international shipping which I was very happy about. The dress also didn’t sit as I had expected, it looked quite frumpy at the bottom which it didn’t in the picture.

I bought a dress waited for a while for it. It wasnt a big deal but then i received it hoping that it was everything ive waited for only to find it such a stuggle putting it on. I had originally chosen the style due to its faster shipping time (which was false) but now i have a very pretty dress but i can barely put it on. It has no zippers and my back is by no means fat but it squishes it out unflatteringly. I do like the quality just very disappointed in the fit and shipping times

The dresses are beautiful. The sleeves are too small and do not fit my arms at all, very obvious they really weren’t made to fit all body types. The dress fits my waist but there’s no stretch for those that have bigger biceps or shoulders unfortunately. The body of the dress fits perfect and otherwise is amazing. Also clearly not made for shorter people in mind.

As much as it looked flattering on the models, when I tried it out after measuring my sizes thoroughly, the small was way too tight. I ordered the corsets back dress and basically the dress was tight enough that the corsets did nothing special. Kind of disappointed because I had very high hopes. The quality is nice and thick but I do wish there were more models. Just fyi, I shipped this internationally so shipping it back was not an option since I’d have to forfeit more money.
