“Had a nightmare with my last order I ordered some 131 braid and they sent me the wrong spools so arranged to be picked up but been on the phone three times to sort refund and they still haven't got it right so got to ring again.Must say normally very good but not this time.Not one to drag a company down but quite frustrating when I've spoken to three people and still can't get it right.Normaly a 5 star rating but sadly getting a 3 star this time”
