“I really love my waders they are comfortable and excellent quality, my only problem was with there choice of delivery courier parcel force as it repeadly refused to deliver for muilple days this wasn’t good as I wanted my suit for a certain day, so that is something to be aware of”

“Bought a prologic thermal suit size xl ment to be 51" waist only 46" and 55 " chest only 48" when measured luckily it fits my dad was going to go for the biggest size wish i had now .”

“I placed my order then later I got an email asking did I want the 5% discount so 24 hours later I filled out the discount code, on Wednesday I received the order no discount then on Thursday to my surprise i received a duplicate which if I ordered it was a mistake but still no discount,the hooks and line can be easily used but where is the discount Yours David Manning”

“Very pleased with my purchases so far, the only thing wrong in my opinion is the postage time, considering it costs , £3.99 it takes between 2 and 4 days, the tapered leader was very expensive, won’t be buying that item again”

“Initially, good, but ordered before lunch on the Thursday, paid extra £7.99 for next day delivery it didn’t get delivered until the following Monday. This is not what you pay extra for and to get poor delivery. Very disappointed with the service”

“Service was very good. I had ordered a fairly heavyweight item among others and padded bag wasn't quite up to the job. Postman had to put it in another bag. Anyway, choice and quality was good and I shall be back.”

“I would definitely recommend but did have a good problem in a way I ordered junior waders on the picture the straps show black and white but got yellow but I wanted the yellow ones anyways but didn’t want to spend an extra £20”

“I ordered a Bib and Brace which arrived very promptly but sadly it wasn’t suitable for my purpose. I returned the item using first class signed for Royal Mail and it should have arrived either last Saturday or Monday. I also sent an e-mail but as yet I have heard no more .”

“I love this shop, especially now with a lot more variety and stock. Fantastic staff, until today unfortunately. Went upstairs to ask a question regarding a reel (where they are on display) The staff member up there was far from helpful, took several seconds of me standing there before getting eye contact away from his computer before being promptly told to head downstairs for assistance. Not the best. Staff at the main checkout are fantastic but I felt let down on this occasion.”
