“Sent the wrong coloured Gloves, I ordered Olive but was sent the Green Option, chose to keep as already paid postage for delivery so wasn't paying for Return delivery aswell so rather dissapointed as Olive was to match the Clothing Colour, on the only positive note delivery was quick.”

“Nice website, great availability of stock. Unfortunately both Drift DRX Sandeels were not properly attached to their heads, making them unusable. And the Seeker was a larger size than I expected. Possibly my fault, but I'm never going to use it.”

“I had ordered some flies which I needed to fish the Test last Monday and in order to make sure that I got the flies before Sunday I elected to pay £13.99 for delivery by Saturday . The flies arrived on the Tuesday -3days late . Not pleased !”

“I ordered a pair of binoculars in the Black Friday sale which were advertised with a specific harness I wanted. They were slightly dearer but as they came with the harness, overall it was the better deal. Upon arrival the binoculars were clearly used and did not come with the glasspak case and harness. On reaching out, I was sent a free return slip and promised the right items and fresh pair of binoculars without quibble. But on receipt of those, the glasspak case was included but it was not the harness I needed or that was advertised. After further interaction they sent another returns slip to get a whole refund. To be fair, their communications and responsiveness to the situation was excellent. But the bottom line is, I’ve missed the sale prices and still not got the deal that was advertised.”

“I wasn’t happy with the sizing of your product I buy a large in every top I buy with no issues . Received top and it fitted my lean 16 yr old son who will normally wear a small man’s so all in all waste of money for me rather sad about it as field man fleece is pretty nice”

“I ordered a large camo fleece top as I always but large , fair to say arrive promptly and in time frame ! However I could bearly get it over my head and it now belongs to my small 16 year old . I was impressed with the price and delivery but the size guide is definitely way off target . Not overly happy and makes me worried for any future purchases.”

“Was going to give a 5 star ⭐️ but all ways like to order twice before leaving a review placed a 2nd order why in time of the cut off point and paid for special delivery. But found out this didn’t meet there cut off point so now not going to get my order for another 36 plus hours. Last words from the customer service person was no worries and hang up the phone. I definitely won’t order from here again.”
