“Speed of delivery excellent and in the process of dealing with a returned item due to manufacture damage returned on Friday so should receive over weekend or today so waiting update. Communication is generally excellent . Will use again”

“Bought a large fishing tackle bag online as I stay 85 miles north of Stirling. It arrived 3 days later but on checking it out there was a flaw in one of the zips. After a phone call and an email I agreed to take to the store as I was in Falkirk for the weekend. On taking it there were no issues, the staff supervisor quickly checked the problem and agreed it needed to be replaced or a refund. I agreed for a replacement as the bag was excellent. Within around 10 minutes the deal was done in a friendly and proffessional manner. If I didn't stay so far away from the store I would go there as opposed to online shopping. I will be back 👍”

“Came fast and well packaged in a thick cardboard tube it hasnt been used yet as im waiting on a small reel to match it 1 of my mates has 1 and its realy good with the salmon im disabled and have to use rod rests so i tend to go with the bigger test curve ones but seeing my mates one.Has openned my eyes that the lighter rods work well so heres hopping it works”
