“I recently ordered some midge proof head-nets from Angling Active. Unfortunately we never received them as they were delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. On informing them of this Angling Active were very prompt in providing the opportunity to reorder or have a refund. I had been impressed by the service provided by AA and had no hesitation in reordering. I just hope that Royal Mail complete the task and deliver the order this time!!”
