“Good range of products and very helpful staff. I have been going into the shop for years. However, beware if you are ordering on line, they need better carriers. Twice I have paid for next day delivery, the first time (in June) it took 5 days and the second time (in December) it took 3 days. If you have an urgent deadline, Parcelforce are too unreliable.”

“Initially having a Delivery where out of 10 items 1 (hook and trace) was an empty packet and a rig bin wasn’t glued properly I was disappointed. I contacted the sales team and Jamie listened and asked if I could send him photo of the rig bin and packaging . It took less than than 10 minutes of me sending and I was offered and upgrade rig bin (the original was not out of stock) and a new hook and trace. All sent free of charge and without postage. Whilst the issue was disappointing (hence only 4 star) The speed and professional manner my complaint was dealt with took it from a 1 star to a four star on customer service alone. I will use again Peter B”

“The delivery of the rod was perfect…I paid good money for it and the only reason am not giving 5 stars is you don’t receive any loyalty points on your card with an online purchase…I phoned the shop asked and a polite gentleman repllyed it wasn’t possible with an online purchase”

“Nice Jacket & my husband was pleased with it. Only problem I had with it, was I had to wash it twice before he could wear it because it had a terrible smell of fish from it. 🤷‍♀️ At first I thought I was imagining it but when my husband agreed with me, I knew it had to go straight in the washing machine. After 2 washes & aired on the line, it was fine. Even though it had a fishy smell I would still recommend it. I should also add it washes well. I have given it 4 stars only because I had the hassle of washing it twice.”
