“A good service - provided my own artwork (yikes) and ordered on line. Pleased with product (business cards), printed on Eco card with a little logo that tells your customer (by choice). A local service to me, therefore supporting local employment and reducing delivery miles which is important to the conscious consumer. Could improve communications- minor point, but would save time. Thanks.”

“We have ordered on several occasions - printing 5000 postcard each time. Extremely quick response time from sending artwork to receiving proof to sign off. I needed to make a slight alteration this time and was dealt with most helpfully and in super quick time, thank you! Always well packed and delivered in a reasonable time with advance notice of delivery day. Would definitely order from you again.”

“My designs use block colours as backgrounds. For my general prints I have them printed in giccle to get consistency. It is always a risk with different types of printers whether it will turn out alright. Unfortunately in this case it wasn't, so lucky I only ordered proofs. The colour was inconsistent in tone and i could see a few stripes in areas. I understand this risk is unavoidable with certain methods of printing. Something that is possible for you to improve on in the short term is for it to be made clear that for the”

“I use lots of different printers but ALP I'll always come back to - their customer service is second to none - happy to talk out anything on the phone or via email and always very quick to respond, honest when it comes to deadlines though they always try their best and they always deliver on the quality too. All in all, no complaints.”
