“ALP have the best customer service ever - contact them by e-mail or phone and they will answer all questions. They even called me themselves when they spotted a mistake in my artwork. The work was then carried out promptly and in great quality. Still, I'm awarding only four stars as I find their website rather confusing. My questions and mistakes arose chiefly because there was too little information about formats and other options on the website. So I hope this can be improved in the near future, to make ALP a five-star company all round.”

“Good quality tags delivered quickly. I ordered kraft swing tags and also folded swing tags and they are both beautifully printed and were nicely packaged. The only thing I would say is it would have been good to have been updated when the shipping would be. I was also expecting the drill hole to be top left but it was top centre, which was still fine as we allowed room in the design. Overall, really good labels and I love that they're recycled. Will be ordering again!”

“Good communication from A Local Printer. Ordering was a bit awkward because I somehow ordered 2 copies of an order of service by mistake, but this was refunded with no hassle. They had promised we would receive the order in less than 1 week, which was good. However, when we contacted them to make sure 1 day before we needed them, they said the order had not been shipped yet. This was despite an email saying it had been shipped. We were a little stressed and gave the man on the phone a rather unpleasant time (sorry), but the situation was rectified and we received the order on time. It did create a lot of stress at an already stressful time, but we are glad the order arrived on time.”
