“My experience this time was not very good. Firstly, my driver called me while I was waiting for my bags and I told him that the bags had not come out as yet and that I would call him as soon as they did. He then called me multiple times after and complained that he was waiting too long in the parking area. When I got out to arrivals, I called him and he said that he was at the North Terminal, even though I specifically put to be picked up from the South Terminal. He then asked if I could meet him at the North Terminal, which I found to be unacceptable. Lastly, his driving style was erratic and uncomfortable. I will most likely use a different car service in the future.”

“Only went with this company for airport transfers because they offer car seats and their websiteTerms & Conditions clearly state that they provide all different types of car seats. We provided the childrens' details (age etc.) and even after a phonecall, on the first journey they showed up with backless boosters where proper boosters should've been used legally and on the return journey without even a booster. This was for a 70 mile motorway journey which clearly isn't safe and probably isn't legal either, unless taxis are exempt for long journeys too. We could've just used a local taxi company and bought throwaway booster seats from Argos for the price difference! Ridiculous!”

“Absolutely excellent service. We were delayed due to snow but Malik our Driver sent us a text as soon as our delayed flight landed and was waiting for us almost immediately after I contacted him. He even returned ten minutes after dropping us off when I discovered my phone had fallen out of my pocket in his car. Supurb service. Friendly, efficient and 100% reliable. We never use any other company than 1st Airport Taxis.”

“This is the first time we have used 1st Airport Taxis. They were on time and helpful when our flight got changed outward bound with very short notice, even though this was an earlier flight. The vehicles both ways were spotlessly clean. The drivers were also clean, smart and extremely helpful with our luggage as I have a spinal problem. We were met in return in the airport and communication with the driver was excellent. I would highly recommended this firm. They are by far the best taxi service we have ever used.”
