“I requested and paid for a meet and great in the airport but my driver was in the car park (and 10 mins late). The car I was expecting was a sliver BMW, the driver arrived in a old hybrid car that did not deliver a comfortable ride. The driver was also unaware of significant road closures that evening and seemed to get lost, struggling between Waze and signed diversions. It was a terrible experience, and I would like a refund.”

“I had a very bad experience on my last trip with 1st airport taxi on january 5th 2025. I asked the driver if he could choose an itinerary using motorways to ensure maximun security for me and my 2 year old, given my google maps app was showing the same trip time. Not only did he decline my request giving me nonsense arguments but he ended up literally insulting me and shouting at me while requesting me not to talk to him anymore. This is totally unacceptable.”

“Driver kept in perfect touch, our flight arrived early and he did his best to get to us more quickly because of that. He helped us with our bags and the car was immaculate, our driver was super friendly and considerate and he drove safely and calmly. Although a luxury for us given the cost of train tickets for 3 adults to London from Luton Airport this service offered a very fair value and much more convenient than dealing with the “DART” Luton Airport train and then another train/tube into london. 100% recommend.”
