“Great communication from driver - especially grateful given we had such an early departure. Polite, friendly and cat seat for our daughter as requested. Great service, would definitely book again!”

“The taxi driver was apologetic so don’t really want to complain but he forgot to bring the baby seat so he was late by 25 minutes. To make matters worse, he didn’t have the seat installed so my husband had to do it. This is the second time the driver arrived the seat uninstalled. It is not a cheap price and yet we have to do this ourselves? I chose 1st Airport Taxis because they offer cars with a baby seat… you’d think they’ll have it installed before they arrive. Both my husband and I are disappointed and had to leave this review with the hope of a better service next time.”

“Used this company as I was going away with family. Driver turned up on time and was very efficient. Car seat was provided. Return journey was also great met us at the airport on time even though flight was delayed by two hours. Will definitely use again. Violet”

“Driver 313 was great. We asked for baby seats for our 2 and 5 year old and they were brilliant, and the driver fit them himself, unlike some others where they give you something unfamiliar and leave you to get on with it. Great service and communication throughout.”
