“Living abroad and having never had to do this before the customer service I received was outstanding. Matt was thorough in explaining the process and handled everything for me with fast, efficient professionalism. I would only ever use this company if I needed apostilling again, and would recommend to friends and family. 10/10 - excellent!”

“I was so worried before sending my diploma thinking that it would be lost on the way. But since the first moment I contacted Apostille Certificate, with quick and thorough answers they earn my trust. My certificat was appostilled in two weeks and returned safely. “I was pleased with the overall interaction I had with Apostille Certificates UK. There was an initial problem as I had two certificates that needed stamping and when I received them back only one was stamped. It turned out that it was an honest mistake and was rectified quickly, which meant that it caused no major problem in the long term. The representative that I dealt with, Matt Fogarty, was polite, professional and approachable throughout the process and I knew what was happening with my certificates every step of the way.”

“Fantastic customer service. New birth certificate and apostille provided very quickly. Matt was quick to respond to all emails. Small issue with billing as the charge on the credit card statement is unusual. But service in general was top notch. Thank you”

“Once I know the service to ask for the Apostille for my Certificate; I had a conversation with the person in charge and I send all requirements to this service and I got back the certificate with Apostille andnow I have already used this document hier where I am in Austria. Mr. Matt Fogarty was the person I had to ask some questions in order to do the process well; he is friendly and he is trying to do all he can to help in order to get the Apostille well done. I was very happy for the way it is well organized.”

“I thought the service given specifically from Matt was outstanding He was so good it felt like it was tailor made for any individual circumstance and with Matts excellent communication, follow up and customer service I can not think of anything that would improve the service I was given as my particular circumstances was complicated 'I thought!' Until Matt made suggestions and ultimately solutions to my complicated request especially after I had just loss all my originals documents on the steeets of London and was traveling out of UK the very next day Matt arranged for all copies and apostles and delivered to my office overseas Well done and thanks again for an amazing service”

“Very frustrating that the number provided for enquiries was unreachable. No reply to my e-mails when l needed information to move client forward. The promised time line was longer than anticipated with no apology. Will not use the service again!.”

Hi Concilia, Many thanks for your comments. We never promise any timescales, we only advise them. The final decision is made by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and therefore, out of our hands. We did have an email from you asking for an update and this was not answered for longer than normal as the office was closed for one week due to holidays but an auto-response was sent explaining this.
