“The Apostilles Group is a the most efficient service you can use if you need to get any apostilled documents in the UK. Navigating the UK system is quite difficult for me and Mathew was so patient and kind. He helped me through WhatsApp, so I could send all the information he needed and he sent the apostilled document much earlier. The Apostilles Group is truly wonderful. I would give them 10 stars if this was possible! The most reliable, professional, helpful and serious company!”

“Highly recommended! I was able to communicate promptly via WhatsApp to clarify any queries prior to my order. “The Apostilles Group/Matt provided an outstanding customer experience. I required a solicitor certified document with Apostille stamp. The communication through WhatsApp was prompt and professional, the fee, I paid was most competitive. I received my document in good order within the advertised and agreed time frame. Matt was patient and understanding when I verified his/The Apostilles Group's authenticity over the phone, calling back the number advertised on their website, double checking their bank details. I also verified the Apostille ID provided, through the relevant gov/uk website. Everything is 100% genuine. I can only recommend this service. Thank you for your help.”

“I was disapointed that although I paid for expidited service this was not possible and not received despite paying more. I understand that some of the circumstances were beyond TAGs control, but given additional fees this wasn't satisfactory. Responsiveness and coordination were generally good, and the items were delivered as asked.”

Thank you. Looking back at what happened here, I can totally agree with you. We were caught out by the GRO not having a copy of the certificate in question (in this instance) and having to then deal directly with the Register Office that originally issued the document. They had no express service available and were further suffering from substantial delays themselves. It was a difficult situation for sure and from this, we will be updating our terms & conditions of the express service in relation to the ordering of certificates. Truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and grateful for the learning point.

“Communication was key here and the WhatsApp chat was really helpful with confirming details and updates. There was a slight delay which was out of both parties control but with the instant communication it helped. Good service all round and would recommend.”
