“Matt was very knowledgeable and explained with great patience how the Apostille process worked, and what was required. I was in Sydney at that time, so there was a 9 hour time difference. Matt was very aware of that and sent documents in a very timely manner. Apostille Fees were also very competitive. I compared the fees of 3 companies. His service and attidude with me as a customer was excellent !”

“This service was efficient and thorough. The costs in the USA for the same service is $2USD. I believe the same process in the UK was hundreds. Why so different? That is my only complaint.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for the feedback. Each country in the Hague Convention has a different process for issuing apostilles, the UK's is centralised within a single government agency and so higher costs are charged by the government in order to keep this centre running. In the US, I believe that apostilles are carried out by separate States and therefore are cheaper to organise using already existing State Capitol buildings and infrastructure.
