“Very frustrating that the number provided for enquiries was unreachable. No reply to my e-mails when l needed information to move client forward. The promised time line was longer than anticipated with no apology. Will not use the service again!.”

Hi Concilia, Many thanks for your comments. We never promise any timescales, we only advise them. The final decision is made by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and therefore, out of our hands. We did have an email from you asking for an update and this was not answered for longer than normal as the office was closed for one week due to holidays but an auto-response was sent explaining this. “It seemed somewhat over priced to me as a service, but that is possibly because we were forced to provide it and frankly couldn't comprehend how it functioned over and beyond the original. Beautifully produced however and made most important documents in use dull and mundane in comparison and lacking its grandeur.”

“I recently requested an Apostille Certificate for my daughters and, having requested one a year or two ago for my son, I contacted Matt Fogarty directly since he had dealt with the previous request and had been extremely helpful.
