My latest delivery was handled very poorly by Royal Mail and has been taken up with them as it was no fault of Royal Mint. The parcel came a day earlier than the notified delivery date provided by them and was left behind my rubbish bin at the front of the house, despite my preferences on the Royal Mail app saying there was no safe space available. No card was left, so it was lucky it didn't rain before it was spotted by a neighbour when we were chatting over the wall”
