“All good, thanks. However, Royal Mail are hopeless; I suggest you use DPD. I had an email from RM with the delivery date, and went online to change it to next day. RM emailed to confirm that they'd deliver next day.
They then delivered on the original date, and I was at home only by complete coincidence, and by five minutes.”
