“Have enjoyed exploring the vegan protein shake sachets. Quick, convenient and refreshingly clean in terms of ingredients and nutrition. My only gripe is that most of them are way too sweet for me, just too much stevia on top of some naturally sweet ingredients. Finally tried the strawberry flavour which is far less cloying in my opinion. I need to experiment with the unsweetened protein powders too. Beyond that, very happy with Purition for that vital boost in daily protein intake required in menopause.”
“I decided to try Purition as a weight loss aid, with a plan to substitute my lunch for a shake. On first taste I wasn't wowed due to the sweetener taste which I really don't like. However, I can honestly say after my third shake I stopped noticing the sweetener taste and started to really enjoy the taste. I have tried most of them and like them all. Some days if I'm particularly hungry I add a banana to the banana Purition or the coconut one, which tastes great.
After 2 weeks of using Purition unfortunately I can't say that it has helped my attempt at weight loss. However, and it's a big however, I have decided to place another order as what I have noticed is an improvement of IBS symptoms. I have tried many things to improve my symptoms, finding nothing works. Since taking Purition, I have noticed a calmer gut. I'm hoping that this isn't a coincidence and will continue to take Purition to see what happens.”

“I don't do well mentally with meal replacements as the concept triggers panic, but I use Purition as an add-in supplement particularly when on cycle tours. Often the quality of food available away from home is not what I'd choose - yet another B&B Full English, or a cafe in a remote area that is not quite sure what to do with a vegetable. So some in yogurt goes some way to keeping my guts working and balances the healthy fats with less desirable stuff I'll eat during the day. Also makes a good non-sandwich lunch.
At home on days I'm cycling I'll often add some to overnight porridge to up the protein content while keeping the complex carbs from the whole grain oats.
The sachets are particularly portable, or I divide a big bag into half-size portions in small ex-Covid waste bags (we seem to have a lot of those).
I just wish that it was available in vegan non-sweetened non-flavoured bags, so I could for example add it to savoury foods.”
