“A good meal replacement that does not cause my blood sugars to spike unlike most other powders out there, this is very important as I have diabetes.
I use unsweetened almond milk as the liquid to blend the powders with in my Nutribullet and this produces a smooth drink. I sometimes add a few strawberries or raspberries into the mix
My favourite powders are macademia & vanilla, mixed berry, strawberry, choc hazelnut, & bananna. Not keen on choc orange.

“I usually use protein shakes in addition to my meals and they are gone in seconds, so I was really worried these wouldn't fill me up but they absolutely do - often for even longer than I would usually have gone between meals. They're not too sweet, so they don't leave you craving more sweet stuff, and the nuttiness and the fact that they don't blend totally smooth (which I was worried about as I don't even drink juice with bits in !) contributes to you feeling like you've had something substantial. Really enjoyed the banana and chocolate and hazlenut versions, and chai latte is amazing! Next day delivery has been spot on every time as well.”

“I started with a selection box and moved on to 500g bags of my favourite flavour. Delivery has always been super swift and communication excellent. I found that the stevia gave some flavours a slight aftertaste (the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5) but this is easily disguised by adding in a handful of frozen fruit or half a teaspoon of maple syrup. If I have a smoothie around 9 or 10 it keeps me full til lunch and as vegan, I value the protein bump and wholefood ingredients.”
“I tried a few samples first but didn't like the taste apart from vanilla. Then the banana flavour appeared so I ordered 2 500g of vegan vanilla & 1 of banana. They are both delicious. I'm currently trying to lose some lockdown weight and replace my lunchtime meal with a shake. I find I don't get the dip in blood sugar during the afternoon and can go through until my evening meal. Usually I would get a headache mid afternoon but so far so good. My weight is slowly getting back to normal. So I do recommend this product.”

I very much like the variety of flavours, and the fact that you can get a selection box to find out what you like before committing to a big pack of one flavour. As a nutritional therapist, I particularly appreciate that the product is made from whole food ingredients and is quite nutritionally dense.
Not all the flavours are for me, but that's fine. I won't eat anything I don't enjoy, so I'm delighted to have found some flavours I can have with pleasure. My current favourites are pistachio and chocolate hazelnut (please make that one a permanent part of your range). I also enjoyed raspberry as a summer flavour. I add one date to the chocolate hazelnut for a little extra sweetness, and half a frozen banana to the pistachio. It's definitely important to have a good blender, otherwise the mixture is a bit 'rustic' for me.
These shakes are pretty filling. These days I often have one instead of an evening meal if I don't feel like eating in the evening. Not that I agree with, or encourage meal replacements, but sometimes it's good to have something instant to grab that also has nutritional value.”
