After purchasing your initial ticket(s), a pop-up would have appeared offering you a subscription to your ticket(s). It would appear that you have clicked ‘Confirm Subscription’ on this pop-up, and opted to enter your numbers for subsequent draws. This is why these charges have been appearing your account. The pop-up displayed the charges, and frequency of charges, applicable to your subscription. An email was also sent to you confirming your numbers and your subscription. I can't locate an account with the email you have provided, if you could provide the email linked to your account, we'd be happy to look into this for you and have this resolved. Thanks Cody

“So I got changed $175 on the 16th of October 2024 and again on the 13th of November 2024 the same amount i have been playing since June 2024 and never got changed until then now that I what my money back they won't give it to me and now I am about to lose my family because I didn't realise that there is a subscription fee of $175 each month on top of what you spend with in 28 days apart who can afford that on centerlink not me so I would like my money back please $350”

“🚩🚩 AVOID - FLAD FLAG Already left a review, and they replied saying they will reach out to me via email - didn't happen. Can only assume their customer service team on here are as good as their live chat team. I didn't mention previously. So with the free spins, I won't something like £12. I then used that £12 and worked up to around £300, I then had to wager that, like £600 worth of wagering which took hours, and ended up on £250. Which you then deleted and gave me £15. Why on earth would I have to wager £600 to win a maximum of £15? After depositing £15 to be able to enter the 'promotion'? It just dosnt add up. I am a member of a good few casino websites, and I do a lot of promotions, and once completing wagering, you keep your remaining winnings, always. I've never known a casino to remove your winnings after wagering. How can you wager £600 for £15??? It's the biggest scam I've ever seen and I assure you I will leave fresh reviews as often as the review sites will allow me to, to ensure others do not fall for this. Aside from that, you glossed over in my last review, but your customer service is abysmal they lie to you about their position and they disconnect you.
