“Access was easy once set up and course runs without any buffering. However for trained persons this is overly long, a shortened refresher versions should be made available.”

“While the course (fire warden) was informative, it was patronizing at the beginning and lacked important information, such as: Consequences for incorrect actions relating to being a fire warden (what happens if an incorrect extinguisher is used). Real footage of the extinguishers being used and not just animated streams, this is particularly important with the CO2 extinguisher, since it is very loud to use and can be startling. Information on handling electrical fires. Real footage of fires, not just animated. Information and footage (real) on the speed of a fire spreading. the information on alarm systems was very shallow and brief. The test was also a bit of a mixed bag, not knowing the exact synonym to use (risk, danger, hazard) carried the same weight as not knowing what extinguishers are suitable for which type fire. Overall seemed to be more bureaucratic than practical. A decent refresher, but lacking and would be more at home as a school video or fire safety information for University freshers.”

“I only needed to be trained to use a ladder in a school setting. Therefore, i found much of the content inappropriate. It was engaging though and covered the most important aspects of working at height. The test was fine but one question really was most bizarre - if a fall is impossible to avoid.... the 3 choice were very odd in my situation.”

“Bit confusing at times”

“a couple of the test questions were ambiguous - eg a cream fire extinguisher smothers the fire yes, however the definition of smother in this case really is to separate the fuel from the oxygen, which was one of the answers (presumably wrong)”

“good in general but one web tutorial faulty and customer service assumed that it was user error in their advice. Has not responded to my second email so i cannot actually complete the faulty tutorial.”

“I REALLY ENJOYED THE STUDIES AS WELL AS THE TEST.BUT MY REAL DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE MISSPELLING OF MY NAMES. HOW CAN A BODY AS BIG AS YOUR GOT MY NANES WRONG SEVERAL TIME. EVEN AFTER CORRECTING THE NAMES, EVEN NOW. MY NAMES ARE , ISAAC OLUMUYIWA OTOLORIN. AND NOT WHAT YOU ALWAYS WRITE, Issac Otolonin. You should had got the whole 5 stars, but due that simple misspelling. Thanks.”

“I found the format of the training easy to follow, and the information was delivered concisely. I liked that there were questions as you went along through the training, just to make sure that you are paying attention, and that you could stop and come back to it later. I did have some issues with the questions asked at the end of the training. I would have appreciated if the questions were more practical in nature. For example, the data protection training questions had some where I needed to remember dates and penalties. Although I appreciate it's a good idea to know those facts, I think the test questions should be centred around practical applications of knowledge within the workplace to ensure that we understand our responsibilites.”
