“You are left in no doubt about the dangers. Perhaps the course could content more on the types of asbestos, uses and examples. Showing real video or photo of asbestos pipe lagging, ceiling tiles and wall materials would be really really useful”

“I wanted to retake the exam to make sure I got things right but it wouldn't let me”

“The training is clear. However, I prefer to read rather than listen to information being given. I used the transcript but read much faster than the video went. This meant I was frustrated waiting for the speaker to finish.”

“Course content and clarity is good. However I found it very frustrating having to individually click through 47 sub-modules. Modules need to be combined into say no more than 15 click thoughts.”

“I find it difficult to believe that you can "choose" to be happy sometimes. It doesn't feel like this is a fact, instead an assumption made by the training. If someone can "choose" to be happy, I'd like to see scientific evidence.”

“Multiple choice answers are a little bit obvious you could pass this without actually learning anything, also ladders stored in video are stored incorrectly on the wall as they should never be hung as can seperate the wrungs should be laid flat on a fully supporting surface. Also why does the narrators voice glitch its annoying.”

“My main issue is with the format. Fewer but longer videos/segments would be preferable over numerous small videos which often repeat themselves. I think by changing the format would allow more information to be presented in the same time frame which can only be a benefit for the user.”
