I only needed to be trained to use a ladder in a school setting. Therefore, i found much of the content inappropriate. It was engaging though and covered the most important aspects of working at height. The test was fine but one question really was most bizarre - if a fall is impossible to avoid.... the 3 choice were very odd in my situation.
