“Specific sections of this training are good if you want to be a fire marshal. As I do not wish to be one some of the information was therefore time consuming and not relevant. The general information is goo - e.g smoke, evacuation etc.”

“The course itself is fairly detailed and useful for someone that doesn't know what they're doing. However, the man doing the examples of lifting has got dreadful form! He bends down on his tip toes, hardly a stable platform is it? He would just topple over if he lifted something heavy!”

“it give the basics but it is quite dated. maybe TFA (Two Factor Authentication) should be implemented with this to bring it more up to date with 2019. It is clear and precisest for the GDPR spec.”

“I don’t enjoy on line training and found this very frustrating . I like to have paper copies of instructions so I can read and re read the information . I think some of this corse is out of date .”

“While this course covers the key points there has been no new information added or any change in structure from the last two times I took it. In complete honesty I simply skipped all of the videos and went straight onto the test which was an easy 100% first time. The questions need to be changed up a bit if you want to avoid people doing this and, were there anything to say that the course had been changed up a bit I would make the time to learn the new information.”

Thank you for your honest feedback after completing our training. All our training courses are periodically reviewed to ensure the information is correct and up to date. We also keep to a schedule for writing and producing new courses and updating existing ones. Looking at our production timeline I can see the course in question (Asbestos Awareness) is due for it's re-write and update in the next couple of months. “Okay. Although I found the filming boring to watch...a bit of humour would help and a long sleeve black shirt with packaging creases doesn't look that great tbh. Maybe a white, grey or black polo shirt ie Fred Perry would look a lot better, with company logo? A nicer back drop too. Some background music to the questions would be good, like Countdown for example...adds a bit of tension and excitement!”
