“Great communication and the watch is great. It'll be better if the package was done better since the outer box is damaged when I received it. Luckily the watch is not damaged. If the packaging was done better with more protection, this would have been avoided.”

“Attractive watch in an established Sekonda design. The product description for this item was correct - green dial and green strap. Dispatch was quick. My only criticism is that the battery tag had been removed so I've no way of knowing how long the battery has been active. GB Watch Shop are not the only sellers who do this but, for this reason, I'm only giving 4 stars.”

“I have bought two watches from BB Watch Shop through ebay and I am very satisfied with my purchases. However, I did comment that I was sent a discount code for 10% off on the second purchase, and when I used this no discount was given. I was told that the code did not apply on ebay. This is very misleading and unsatisfactory.”

“Pretty nice and comfortable to wear. Only issue was setting the time for the smaller dials were a bit messy and the strap looks like it's creasing a bit more than I expected”

“I love the watch and the delivery was very prompt. I have a very small wrist and decided to take advantage of the adjustment service. As instructed I emailed my size requirement and received a quick acknowledgement. I was disappointed when I received the watch that although it had been reduced and the spare links included in the packaging, it had not been reduced to the size specified and I had to have further links removed. Just a minor nuisance factor but it did detract from the overall experience.”

“The watch is great and was a very competitive price. Delivery service not so good, my only other grumble is I received no email/correspondence from GB watchshop to confirm my purchase. The first I heard from them is to submit this review. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the watch, it turned up and was a good price”

“Watch is beautiful and shipped via 1pm guaranteed-tracked. Would use these folks again, definitely. Didn't receive a confirmation email upon purchase so I had to contact them online but the service was prompt and efficient.”

“My experience has been varied the shop has been good although someone at the shop made a slip up by putting a wrong watch of the two I had purchased and I had to put in a lot of effort to correct the mistake, then the post office didn’t turn up when they had informed me.”
