“The watch I received did not look like the photos posted on the website, and it was of inferior quality to similar items purchased directly from Sekonda. Hence I returned the item as it was not as advertised, and politely requested postage costs were not deducted under such circumstances. GB Watch Shop have refused to refund the postage I explicitly asked they not take, and now they have refused to correspond with me further.”

Customer returned item saying the didn't like it and that the quality was not as expected. Due to this it is not a faulty item so the customer has to pay the return postage costs.
