“I have received very little information about the delivery of the item. I paced the order 7 working days ago and it hasn't been delivered yet. I don't mind that it hasn't been delivered I appreciate that the postal service is busy, but the lack of information on when the parcel will arrive is worrying when it is an expensive item. I still don't know when the planned delivery date is”
