I love the watch and the delivery was very prompt. I have a very small wrist and decided to take advantage of the adjustment service. As instructed I emailed my size requirement and received a quick acknowledgement. I was disappointed when I received the watch that although it had been reduced and the spare links included in the packaging, it had not been reduced to the size specified and I had to have further links removed. Just a minor nuisance factor but it did detract from the overall experience.
