“Purchased a watch for a Xmas present for my father ,arrived promptly, only thing was it was a ladies instead of a mans , no time to start sending back and forth so got in touch explained they sent the wrong watch , They replied sorry for any inconvenience ,really ? it was a Xmas present. “The reason for the 4 stars is because the watch came 2 days early when I wasn't at home. I was staying in on the day of its supposed arrival for that reason. Apart from that it arrived in perfect condition and I'm thoroughly thrilled with the watch. Many thanks”
