We are unsure what the issue this customer faced is as they have not contacted us or replied to any correspondence we have sent them. Our returns policy is the exact same as amazons (We accept returns within 30 days of purchase) so are unsure what this customer is referring to.

“I liked the descriptions of your watches. I also liked the range of the watches you sell out. The watches you selected are sometimes only in your store. I meant that you have watches the others don't always have. Your prices are quite competitive as well. Keep up the good work GB Watch Shop. N.B. : don't be offended if a customer sees and error in your watch description and let you know. It then put your shop on and even better position.
