“My sincere gratitude to my Assessor, he was supportive; although it was not easy at the begining, so many refer but my Assessor put me through from his assessment feedback that made me to understand the patterns of answering knowledge tasks especially the ones that require in-depth answers, referencing and bibliography. For example Analysis questions that requires strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages, benefits etc. The study materials was also helpful but more of a key point or guide. The whole Team are really supportive, they reply my mail on time. Weaknesses: my5starcourses.com should improve in unit assessment timing. They was delay in feedback after submitting a unit, it takes over two weeks to assess my work. Finally, I will recommend my professional colleagues and friends to improve their carriers by joining My5tarcourses as course provider. Thanks.”
