“I have to say each time I contacted the support desk everyone I spoke to was really helpful and I felt they cared about my query. On times my stress levels were up to the point I thought I cant do this, but with their expertise of explaining and coaching me through, I was able to have the confidence and complete the course, which I am so grateful for. Thank you to everyone in the support team.”

“Excellent value for the Level 5 Standalone in Numeracy. An excellent learning platform. Prompt feedback always given on assignments. Thanks for the enjoyable experience as this course gave me the motivation to get up and to focus my mind on a goal during lockdown.”

“The quality of support, tutoring and web resources for students is exceptional. Whenever I had a question or concern, the support team were fast and always helpful in their responses. The web platform provided clear and easily navigable resources, information and support. The marking of assignments was quicker than promised and always supplied with helpful, easy to follow feedback, where referred. The excellence of their service standards and approach to learning support is especially impressive given the low cost of the course in comparison to other providers.”

“I'm really happy with my decision to go with 5 star courses. The information they provide (PowerPoints, worksheets etc) were excellent and meant I could complete the course by myself. They quickly mark and return work and all the staff members and friendly. If I had any questions I could easily make a phone call and get my answer usually within the day. It was a bargain compared to other companies. The customer service is great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to complete a course in their own time.”

“Great course, helpful tutors and simple platform to use. I really enjoyed completing the units and found it quite easy. Some of the criteria was a little repetitive, combining the criteria would solve this. Also an email contact would be helpful as I couldn’t always call the helpline.”

“I have completed many qualifications with 5 Star Courses. The reasoning for me returning time after time is down to simplicity. There is no confusing sign-up process, no pushy sales techniques, and most importantly, completing a qualification in your own time without deadlines to meet. Perfect for those with busy schedules who want a qualification and can do the assignment work dipping in and out when free time permits. My experience from start to finish, the customer service process, from the welcome call to the continued support through telephone calls and emails, has been excellent. My work was marked on time, and good developmental feedback was provided, helping me achieve the qualification. I have had negative experiences with training providers in the past who have let me down and promised all sorts to get my business. That's certainly not my experience with 5 Star Courses, which is why I will continue to return. My experience can only be described as being positive and excellent. In summary for simplicity, choose 5 Star Courses. They are the Ronseal effect "They do exactly what they say on the tin".”

“Completed the Level 4 Certificate of Education and Training. At first was dubious about how much support I would be given to complete the work but really happy with the support provided during the 6 months it took to complete the qualification. Platform easy to navigate around and upload work to. E mails or phone calls were always responded to in a day or so. Reports marked within 5 days or less and useful feedback provided. Would definitely use this company again.”
