“If you put your head down and want to get your level 5, you really can. Knowledge is easy to learn and questions can be completely answered by using the knowledge provided. Be ready to learn from solely PowerPoints and short videos; I prefer it though! Support team are very fast with replies to questions and marking (if you pay for next day service).”
