“3 months to complete installation. Damaged units. Missing items. Designer ordered work surface in wrong colour then tried to blame us and make us pay again. Would not recommend to anyone and tell everyone i know to avoid.”

“In store service at Birstall was excellent, Karla made us feel at ease, she was helpful without being pushy sales, she catered to our individual needs, Creating imaginative ideas to cater to our budget and was always helpful. Wren price matched a quote from another kitchen supplier. Kitchen was delivered promptly as planned and all items were delivered. We used our own kitchen fitters but the kitchen was easy to fit, as most units came pre-built saving on fitting time. That quality and standard of the kitchen was outstanding. The final results looks better than I imagined.”

“First class from start to finish. Having read through previous reviews I was a little nervous but from start to finish it has been a first class experience. It’s great to see the custom design we put on paper come to life. The installer was a perfectionist and did a fantastic job. The kitchen is top quality and worth every Penny. If I was to pick one downside it would be to factor in the wait time for the granite worktop. It wasn’t explained well at order but add on 7 to 10 days before it’s 100% complete. A bit of improvisation helped us function till it was done.”

“The whole process from looking around the showroom to delivery of our kitchen was stress free. Our designer Jaime, was patient with design changes and gave us his expert opinion to help us think outside the box! The result is a kitchen we love using and very practical. Delivery was simple to sort too. Overall, we had great service from Wren and a great price too.”

“Very helpful right from planning stage to completion. All parts arrived and on time , fitters were competent and polite and my kitchen looks smart and very practical. Standard of cupboards very good and easy to keep clean . Would recommend .”

“I have had a really lovely kitchen from wren kitchens. They plan your kitchen extremely carefully and their customer service are very friendly and guide you if you want any amendments afterwards . Once the kitchen arrived any missing parts were sent out immediately.”

“The levels of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by everyone who was involved in the purchase of our new kitchen was extremely refreshing. Never felt pressured or rushed into any decision making. Always made to feel that nothing was too much trouble from the moment we first entered the impressive wren showroom to the moment the delivery guys delivered our new kitchen. We were even refunded some money due to an item been ordered that wasn't needed. No questions no arguments. Well done wren would not hesitate to recommend you.”

“I had a lovely graphite and linen kitchen installed by Wren fitters and it is gorgeous. The fitters were lovely and the units are excellently made. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“My new kitchen has needed some adjustments. However, because of family illness, it has taken me several months to bring this to the attention of Wren Customer Services, but when our situation improved sufficiently for me to concentrate on the work needed, they have been most helpful and considerate. As a result of my experience with Wren, I recommend the Company highly, although would stress that the standard of fitting is extremely important. We were fortunate to have had a 5* fitter install our kitchen, but it is possible that if his standards had not been so high, the outcome might not have been so positive.”

“Our elexcent experience started with the designer who listened to our requirements and put these down on plans and discussed fully where there was any variance from our brief. Units are solid and prefabricated. This made them easy to install cutting down on fitting time and therefore costs.”
