“Staff gave me loads of helpful advice and suggestions. The kitchen arrived on time in perfect condition. The kitchen plans were excellent and easy to follow. All in all a brilliant experience and a kitchen I love!”

“Wren have choices that other retailers haven't caught up with and my kitchen looks fab. There were some hiccups - the designer added a trim at ceiling level which sealed the fridge-freezer airtight and would have invalidated the guarantee but the carpenter spotted this and Wren Customer Services gave me a refund. The only other thing is that instead of just saying the price is... prices are inflated and then reduced by "50% plus another 20%" one week and "60%" the next and there is no difference, both are 40% net. Oh well, it gives people something to do, which is good.”

“The quality of the product and service was very good. The showroom provided us with a wide range of options to choose from and the salesman was very knowleageable and made us feel special, there was no rush and time spent with us was never a problem. The fitters were outstanding and made sure we were fully informed of timelines. Their fitting skills were excellent as were all the other tradesmen needed. Wren responded to issues with some of the defective paint on some doors very promptly. The kitchen looks just as we had imagined and everyone comments on it.”

“The service received was superb. Delivery on time with very cheerful and helpful crew. The plans sent in advance were clear and concise, which made it very easy for my carpenters, plumbers and electrician to install everything as planned. All in all we are delighted with our kitchen and utility room and would recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone.”

“Buyin from a Wren was the worst decision I ever made. It has taken 5 months and still isn’t finished due to damaged parts arriving straight off the lorry, cupboards the wrong colour, and awful installation where they split the worktop and scratched the painted doors. Wrens customer service has been appalling. Buy from anywhere but Wren, don’t be sucked in by the pricing. Buy cheap, receive a cheap product and service.”

“From planning the kitchen to delivery and after service Wren's did not disappoint. We had to put delivery off a few times and this was done without fuse. Our fitter was impressed with the kitchen and has since recommended it to others.”

“Beautiful kitchen.Everyone admires it when they visit.We can actually find...and use our dishes and kitchen gadgets now because they are accessible.The deep wide pan drawers are brilliant and those pull out corner cupboards give you so much space,without having to get down on the floor and shine a torch in...as in our old cupboards! Cupboards easy to clean as well..any marks easy to wipe off...they still look brand new.”
