“I was looking at another company to supply my kitchen but found I had to drive every aspect of the design. I went into the Wren showroom in Huddersfield with the intentions of just looking. I actually ordered my kitchen there and then. I haven’t been disappointed. Every aspect from order to delivery was slick and seamless. There was a very small problem with the wrong end panel which was rectified quickly and courteously. I particularly liked being kept up to date of timings on delivery day. I’m not easily pleased but I have a kitchen to be proud of.”

“I recently had a kitchen installed in my Flat and the experience with Wren Kitchen was excellent i had a personal designer who spent 4 hours designing the kitchen with me and kept me informed each time any changes were required. I also had Project Manager who kept me informed while the kitchen was being installed. The finish was very good. Thank You Wren Kitchen.”

“All the staff were very helpful, they always contacted you when they said they would. The design process was a breeze, they had a great selection in the show room to help choose what we wanted, brilliant. The Delivery & Fitters were prompt, clean, professional & courteous. We couldn't of asked for a better experience.”

“They done excellent job, I really love my kitchen now. I keep my kitchen shining clean and tidy. Even cooking hours I don’t feel boring. They turned out my kitchen becomes a enjoyable place. Thank you very much to Wren Kitchens”

“Our new Wren kitchen is very high quality and everyone involved were very professional and helpful and our new kitchen is beautiful. However, the reason I have not given them 5 stars is because of the time, trouble, countless telephone calls and several visits to the showroom in order to get a £100 refund. Considering Wren is a very large company, and we have paid thousands of pounds for our new kitchen, you would have thought they would have just paid up, but no. We did finally receive our refund but it took more than two months.”

“Really pleased with my Wren kitchen! The design was done really well; the designer helped me with matching colours to make it aesthetically pleasing and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was happy. When my kitchen was delivered there was a small amount of damage to some of the doors, the customer service team were really helpful and arranged replacements without fuss; they were delivered quickly too. I would definitely recommend Wren and will use them again in the future.”

“Great experience from beginning. No hassle in design and order. Kitchen came very quick to a high standard. Well packaged and all clearly marked for kitchen fitter. Great after sales from Wren,as I had a slight issue with oven handle. Dealt with and fixed. Highly recommend”

“After agreeing to pricematch a kitchen by email they refused it a week later after sale ended at competitors store and no longer had stock meaning we now have a bare kitchen after i ripped it out after being told they would pricematch. After we complain about it, management refuse to help in any way, refuse to sell us ANY kitchen and bar us from the store Bad business ethics, unhelpful and rude staff, (showroom manager most of all) untrustworthy, unsympathetic, careless. I could go on forever, they truly have messed us around and stalled us from getting a competitors kitchen. Also customer service is awful”

“I am thoroughly impressed by Wren. The kitchens are classy, the staff spend a long time trying to get a perfect design and we got free coffee and biscuits at every appointment! The Wren kitchen fitters were great and did the whole job in two days flat. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Apart from the Incorrect fridge freezer being delivered and the tower side panel missing, which were redelivered very quickly, was very impressed with the service. Our fitter Trevor Sonnex attached to the Basildon store was excellent. Friendly but professional and nothing was to much trouble. Love the kitchen we chose and impressed by the fitting. Was also impressed with the company who took our old kitchen away.”
