“Had my new kitchen fitted by Wren at the end of last year and I couldn't be happier with the final result. the kitchen design and quality is excellent and everyone I dealt with through out the whole process was professional and helpful.”

“From the minute I walked into the Wren Showroom I was met with a very helpful sales advisor. He was very patient and helpful and took time to explain the best design for my compact kitchen. The price was very good. The delivery came on the date it was agreed and the kitchen units were fabulous. I am very pleased with the quality of my kitchen units.”

“So glad we went to Wrens to purchase our lovely kitchen. From design to planning to final purchase-nothing was too much trouble for the Designer Stuart Reeves in the Bolton branch, who even helped us patiently in designing our final layout even though the branch was closing, he wasn’t rushing us in the slightest, which we really appreciated. Delivery was as scheduled and we very impressed with the professionalism of the delivery guys who were polite and a credit to Wrens. We had no problem with Wrens with ordering replacement doors afterwards, which we found were damaged after they were opened, they were promptly replaced and the staff were wonderful and helpful as we’ll as understanding. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Wrens to anyone seeking a professional service throughout, thank you Wren Kitchens!”

“I would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens and will use them again in the future. The design team were very helpful and provided lots of options for my very small kitchen, something that other kitchen suppliers were unable to do. The quality of the kitchen is very good, and although there was some minor damage to some of my items, the sales team were really helpful and quickly sent out replacements for me, without fuss - exactly as it should be! Overall I'm very happy with the service and product.”

“We had an awkward design issue as we were restricted by position of water pipes and cooker location. We did not want to disturb the tiles we had in place so the kitchen had to be designed to fit in with these limitations. Wren Kitchens delivered the perfect solution. First class service all round from design to delivery. We were kept in touch at every stage. We would recommend Wren to anyone.”

“Staff were helpful right up until I committed and paid for my kitchen. Thereafter my order has been plagued with continuous problems caused by wren kitchen staff. Firstly they processed my order incorrectly and called me the following day saying that I owed them ten times the total cost of my kitchen. It took several days before I could convince them that their information was wrong. Then they mislead me about my delivery date, then it turns out the surveyor from wrens kitchen that measured my kitchen did it incorrectly and the kitchen units don’t actually fit IN the kitchen. Throughout this experience Wren Kitchen (head office and show room staff alike) have been quick to make excuses, pass the blame and literally evade doing any work. Head office actually said it was my fault that I didn’t double check their surveyors measurements and that I should have read their small print. At no point did they apologise for the many mistakes made, nor have they accepted any responsibility for them and helped me resolve them. It’s always me running behind them. I deeply regret using them, would strongly advise everyone to steer clear and would never buy so much as a door knob from them ever again.”

“Absolutely happy with my Wren Kitchen. We compared prices to identical kitchens from different companies and it was much cheaper, and the quality was noticeably better then IKEA, B&Q etc. We also got huge discount for kitchen appliances! Customer service is excellent and quick. Definitely recommend!”

“Fantastic kitchen, very glad I went with Wren. I have had the kitchen 4 months now and love it, people often ask who supplied the kitchen as it looks great. I had my own fitter who did a great job and was very impressed with the quality.”

“After making an appointment 3 weeks in advance, I spent 2 hours this Saturday morning with a designer. Was told I was unable to get a printout or an email of what we created unless I paid a 10% non-committal for the kitchen(£1653). Went to my next appointment appt, Haus Store Farnborough, on arrival, I saw on a big screen a possible design of my Kitchen. I was so impress. Was emailed what we did to be able to discuss with my other half. Wren Spend so much advertising themselves as a family business, my experience with this organisation was absolutely poor. They are more interested meeting Sales targets than helping you create a beautiful kitchen for your home. They seem not to understand customer service and more importantly they jump to conclusion on customer’s affordability. Manager’s solution was to ask me back and make me happy with a great deal. Wren Guildford is not a place to go for your kitchen. Regardless I would not being giving my money to Wren. They have absolutely no respect for customers with no personal touch.”

“Love my Wren kitchen. Customer support was great both before and after delivery. We fitted the kitchen ourselves so I can't comment on Wren's fitting service. Some of the instructions were not very clear so we made a few alterations which made our kitchen even better than the Wren design.”

The fitting instructions weren't very clear for some items and we made some minor modifications which made some aspects of the kitchen better than it would have been had we followed Wren's fitting instructions.”

“We had a wonderful designer, who did all the planning from the showroom. We had our kitchen extended and a surveyor came around when the walls were knocked down. Our designers measurements were only millimetres out. I now have so much storage space and am thoroughly delighted with the units. We used our own fitters. Thank you Wren”
