“I made an order and recieved an email stating that my order has been processed and should be with me in two days, ten days later still no delivery and to make thing worse, this company doesn't like to communicate to complaining customers. Very poor and I will never use them again and advise anyone thinking of using them to keep there money. This company is a rip off!!!!”

“My goods have not been dispatched and I have had to do all the chasing in order to get the problem sorted, they clearly take your money and don't send to goods, not happy and I definitely will not be using this site again. You could also help your self by answering your phone and emails quicker.”

“Quality of the case was poor. No contact or confirmation about the order. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks. Assumed it had not been processed and then it turned up 3 weeks later. Poor customer service, shocking delivery, poor product quality. Never use again. Overpriced as well!”

“Ordered a phone case, then got two confirmation emails, but no delivery emails, one came a few days late, then about 4 weeks later suddenly got an email saying your purchase was successful then another got delivered, that I didn't order or need”

“Product (2 mugs) was not packed other than in flimsy box in a poly bag. No padding / no bubble wrap / no shock insulation / not even a jiffy bag. Both mugs broken in post. Asked for refund as xmas present, but they are replacing instead (as they can under contract law)”

“Poor quality case and poor description. You need to stick you phone in the case with a sticky strip it was not a case the phone clipped into. Also the photo was not centralised and looked awful.”

“Website is very unclear about the products you are ordering. Thought I was ordering a thin iPhone case only to receive my order in the post to find that it was sticker that I had ordered. Totally useless - website should be clearer about the product being sold. Given that many people below have said the same thing the seller can give the stock reply about how they are making it clear as much as they like, the proof is in the fact that this has happened multiple times shows that the website is unclear. I will order an actual phone case next time from a seller who is not obnoxious towards customers.”

Hi David - the website does make it very clear what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We do also sell cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

Hi David - we have only explained that we do show exactly what the product is before you purchase, as you can see from the reviews the vast majority of customers do understand what they are ordering as they have read the description and looked at the photos of the product, occasionally this is not the case but we do always try to help customers when this happens

Hi David - you purchased a Kindle skin, a skin is an adhesive vinyl cover. We do all we can to explain exactly what they are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We do provide cases for most devices so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.
