“Ordered phone cover envelope received in post and was not sealed down ,using sticking tab so phone cover was not in the envelope,reported to customer services they closed my query without even letting me know,this is the first and last time I will use them,even sent photos showing them the envelope ,luckily I used PayPal so am putting it in to despite,all I can say is buyer beware”

“I ordered a phone cover on the 7th Feb as a valentines gift. Luckily it was part of a group of gifts as it didn't arrive. I emailed on the 18th to check where it was and got an apology email saying they would send it our next day. I wanted and a week later emailed again as nothing arrived. I got another apology email saying I should have got it and they would resend it. This was now the 2nd March. I waited another week and when it still didn't arrive I gave up and emailed to cancel my order. I doubt it was ever sent. The only good thing I would say about the company was that the refund was done within 48hrs. I was gutted I didn't get my item but after waiting over 4 weeks for it I gave up. I will never use them again”

“Not happy with the customer service or the phone case. Pictures do not completely cover the case which is very disappointing. I have been trying to contact the customer service team providing the evidence they require and yet still no outcome to my complaint.”

“I ordered a custom skin for my PS4 last week. .It's not arrived yet .7 days is not very good imo. . I Emailed them wondering where my order is. .4 days ago now and not even had a reply. .The phone number that they have for you to contact support. .Nobody there. ..I'm beginning to think I have had my £25 stolen .if this company exists it has a very poor customer service. .I'm fuming with there silence from emails to support. Don't use this company! Useless! And it's looking like I've lost my money also. .so we have a theft issue now, so will be cobtacting The Police & trading standards today. .useless stay away from this con company. .if it exists”

“Ordered a photo collage 'skin' which I understood to be a polymer shell to encase the iphone. In fact was just a sticker the same shape as the back of the phone...doest protect phone edges a tall so didn't use”

Hi Mark - A skin is an adhesive vinyl cover, we do show exactly what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous product photos and even video. We do also sell hard cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

“I am new to this technology I chose aphoto from my iPhone but failed to see thumb nail photo across the bottom of the image so my beautiful photo of my granddaughter was spoiled by these I wrote saying how disappointed I was I maybe someone could have noticed this and at least checked with me before producing this awful cover and got a sarcastic email back I was shocked at such customer service”

Hi Julia - I can see that our customer service staff have only explained that we cannot change customers designs after they have ordered as we have no way of knowing that the customer wants the ordered changed - once you have designed your case you can always contact us to ask if your design looks ok, we're happy to help

“No one buy any console controller skins, Atleast not the Xbox One ones anyway. mine does not even fit the controller properly at all and looks terrible. I dont know about the phone skins but definitely DO NOT buy yourself an Xbox One skin controller.”

“After 7 days my order has not arrived, I called and all I got was an answerphone telling me to send an email to support, which I have done and got an auto reply, 24 hours later still no contact will dispute transaction with paypal now and reclaim funds NOT SO SPEEDY SERVICE”
