Received the wrong case and emailed them about it. Poor email response and still not received the correct case.

Communication to the customer does not exist not a single message, email or call was answered. The delivery time stated does not match the actual delivery time, received order 2 weeks late. Unfortunately not just the shopping experience was lacking, the product quality is below par too. Regarding the quality of my order, precision & accuracy are 2 things not associated with 'Wrappz'

Very disappointing with the customer service !! Telephone numbers don't work so you can't get hold of them to talk about your order. Quality of overall services very poor

Hello, I'm very disappointed with your customer service! I got the wrong size case for my MAC (from your side). I sent an email almost 1 week ago without any reply (Ticket ID: ZQU-381-23562). The phone number you have on your website is not working (it's incorrect). The live chat is not working. I sent a message on Facebook with no answer. It's too shame that you've a good product but awful costumer service. Please resolve this issue. Best Gabriel

Had less the a month, it's developed a crack down the top left side of the case, very poor quality, cheap nasty plastic case

I ordered my case over a month ago every time i ask about it i am told its been dispached. I still have not reiceved the case and quite frankly if i could i would rather just have my money back but im sure that would probably take about two months aswell.

Hi Adam, we have been trying to confirm with you that you gave us the correct delivery address as we sent your order on the 2nd March - I will get our customer service staff to email you again to confirm before we send a replacement

Where do I begin? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Placed order March 2nd. It said 3-5 days. Sent email. Got reply saying as it was a promotion it would take 10-14 working days and that it was despatched March 9th. Today is now March 28th (26 days from I ordered) and still no case. Also sent email a few days ago saying all i wanted was my case and that I didnt want to leave a negative review. YOU LEFT ME NO CHOICE!!! Will never use AGAIN!!! You suck!!!!

Really poor and upset iam not so good on computers when it comes to designing a photo on mug and a photo on a photo case. the in large button didn't seem to work so I thought that must be as large as the photo can go ! And to put a little message as well .well you can't even read message because of the picture .i thought someone with a Idea could see what I was trying to design And made a few alterations To make it look nice for Mother's Day !had to spend more money out .and you cannot even speak to someone by phone it just ring off.thanks very much

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered and paid for a phone case for a Samsung galaxy s6 edge. I haven't received the phone case it's been almost three weeks. I have tried to contact Wrappz several times to no avail. I have asked for either a refund or the phone to be re-sent.. im still waiting!! Communication is very poor, no-one answers the number listed on the website & no-one has responded to my emails. Don't waste your money or time!

Ordered a iPad case for a present with a picture on of my little girl and got sent someone else's tried to contact them and no one answered been trying for nearly a week now!!! No ones got back to my emails either am not happy atall I won't be using this company again!!!

I received someone else's order. Tried multiple times to call and email your company. Finally received an email saying mine will be sent to me yet still haven't received it. Very poor will not likely recommend

It's been almost three weeks and I still have not received my order. I emailed your customer service and asked for a tracking number for the package and I was emailed back and told it had been delivered and I should have my package with in two days. I emailed again and asked for my tracking number again. No response this time. I wrote you guys on fb and the message has gone unanswered. You guys took the money out of my account so where is my order?

I ordered a skin late February expecting it to be here before my brothers birthday as it was meant for him. Here we are almost a month later and it still hasnt arrived. I've gotten emails saying that it should be delivered to my house within the next two business days and we are now way beyond the two business days. I've emailed them and still didn't get a reply. I'm very upset I didn't get the item in time for my brothers birthday, especially since I ordered ahead of time. This company is a huge disappointment and I'll never be ordering from here again and I will not recommend your business to any one I know.
