“Thought it looked like a phone case but was just stickers when it arrived”

Hi Mark - we do all we can to explain exactly what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We do also sell cases so perhaps you would prefer to order one of those next time.

“Ordered on 23rd September still no case. Told on 26th October have marked it as lost by Royal Mail so would send one out in 48hrs now 4th November still not got it! No response from customer services either!”

“I believed I was ordering a kindle cover. At £11, this was completely reasonable (I had purchased one for £10 in the past). I effectively paid £11 for a photo sticker to go over an actual pre-existing. Total and utter rip off. Do not use this company, they're a joke!!!”

“Poor quality and cheap. Image is slightly off center and two different tones of colour from image to case.glad I only paid £5 .I won't be recommending this company to anyone.”

Hi Chris - I can see the design you have produced and the black background colour you have used is a solid black whereas the image you have uploaded has a dark grey background - this does show in the preview image you would have seen on screen and so this is how it would print. If you feel the image is off centre you can always speak to our customer service staff at support@wrappz.com

Hi Christina - your order was sent on the 17th Oct so should have been delivered by now, if it hasn't then please contact support@wrappz.com so they can check the address

Hi Bennie - as discussed with our customer service staff you ordered the wrong case. You told us that you ordered an iPhone 7 case when you actually have an iPhone 7 Plus case, you also said that you assumed all the cases would be for the iPhone 7 Plus which i'm sure you'll agree doesn't make any sense. You also used a very poor quality image which you were warned would not print well. We offered a discounted replacement but you declined the offer. I would really advise that you are more careful when selecting accessories for your phone in the future as they obviously aren't all for the iPhone 7 Plus.

Hi Adam, your free skin was ordered as part of the O2 promotion which had a 30 day delivery time - I can see yours was sent on the 10th Oct. If you have still not received your skin then please email support@wrappz.com and they will assist you further.

Hi Hurrit, you actually ordered the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Case which is what we have produced for you, we do not offer the Plus version

“Sent a sample pic of my phone cover with the two pics I sent where they put the wrong one on top cutting my son's head off. Queried this and got rude, immature replies. Sorry but if I ran my business like these idiots I wouldn't be trading now.”

Hi Linda - I can see that you designed your case by uploading your own photo and when you positioned the photo a persons head was where the camera hole is, this was shown while you were designing your case and in the preview images you were shown so unfortunately this is how the case would have been produced, we only produce what you have designed so in future you can always check with us once you have ordered and we will check your design for errors of this nature so that you get a perfect result.

“Cheap rubbish. Doesn't fit on the back, it's too small so leaves edges exposed. The pathetic bits of plastic supposed to cover the surrounding of the screen keeps pealing off so it was thrown in the bin.”

“I am very unhappy with weapon as it is almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and still not received what I requested. I have sent emails to wrappz and filled in the online contact us for but still heard nothing. Very unhappy about this”

Hi Adam - as advertised the P2 promotion has a 30 day delivery time due to weight of orders - normal Wrappz orders are delivered within 1-3 working days

“It was very complicated and took several attempts to do. Not sure if this was because they were having problems with the 02 voucher codes. When it arrived, very disappointed, doesn't fit my phone and is very flimsy, just a piece of plastic paper. I only got it because it was free through 02. Personally I wouldn't use it again. It's in the bin now.”

Hi Susan - the design and order system is very simple and quick to use but you may have had problems due to the large amount of traffic the site had at times during the O2 promo. We do all we can to describe exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video - we do also offer hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time
