“Nice case and very well personalised but case it self was of the worst quality iv seen in side. Phone didn't sit it the case as one side would pop out as soon as you pushed the other side in. The case has now split where the phone kept popping out”

“Awful. My order was wrong. When I spoke to customer service to correct it they accused me of making the mistake. When I had proof that it wasn’t my mistake, the company said they would send a replacement. I’ve yet to receive it so I’m unsure if it will be correct. Bare in mind, I have no problem with incorrect orders, these things happen. My problem is that throughout this, I’ve had no apology, rude, snippy responses and I’ve had to chase them. I’m absolutely disgusted in how I’ve been treated by the customer service dept and will not be shopping with Wrapz again.”

“I was really excited when the wraps arrived, however the fit of the product was really disappointing. It didn't fit the controller in any sense. It was too long on the top so overhung the bumpers, it didn't sit flush with the buttons so when pressing certain buttons they would get stuck down. It creases at the edges and does not feel comfortable in your hand. I would definitely not recommend this product. I took the wrap off within 2 mins of trying to play with it on. Gutted that I wasted my money.”

“Completely disappointed. Very bad customer service. Paid for 48 hour delivery it has been 8 days now and it has still not arrived. This was for a funded project with a care home and I am extremely dissatisfied. Also very bad customer service no one to speak to and emails not personal at all.”

“Really shocking customer service. Screwed up my orders. Paid twice for 2 different model cases, same size and spec- photographic evidence to prove. Used complaints service, rubbish!! I ended up using another personalised phone cover company and now I ensure that I tell all my friends, relations and associates to never waste their money here!!! Don’t do it - u will regret it believe me 🙈💰”

“If i could put lower than star i would! Still havent recieved my order 12 days after my order was placed even though i paid £5.96 for 48 hour delivery as i needed it for a special occasion. Wrappz are blaming Royal Mail and refusing to refund the delivery charge. Appaling company, this is my first and last order. I would very much like someone to contact with regards to the refund...”

“The only thing I have a problem with is having to track my order. I have no idea when it is getting here don’t know who to contact. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered it and haven’t received anything. How long is this going to take? And is there a way I can track my order.”
