“It was basically a sticker!! How does that protect your phone? It wasn't worth the £2.50 postage cost never mind the £7.99 some people are asked to pay to buy something like this. Overall a bit pathetic to be honest!”

Hi Martin, what you have ordered is a skin which is a personalised, protective vinyl cover. We do all we can to show exactly what skins are with lengthy product descriptions, numerous photos of the skins and even videos. We do also provide hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

“The iPhone warp was not cut to the precise shape. The back camera and front camera don't align well. It looks like the hole was made using a hole punch. Not work the money.”

“I did not like the phone skin I ordered. The pictures I choose for the skin were quite blurry and out of focus. The material of the skin looks very cheap and unmanageable looks as though it will break apart in matters of few days. Very disappointed with this item!”

Hi Rabiun, unfortunately if you use low quality blurry images then that is how they will print. Our skins are of the very highest quality and extremely hard wearing.

Hi Alison, we do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“Dont buy a 'skin'. Shoukd be made obv its an 8quid STICKER. Second to that the quality was poor. As a service they half hearted tried to solve the issue of poor quality by asking me return before replacement, no chance im wasting more postage on these, you should be getting it right 1st time and like similar business have trust in your customers opinion and replace unsatisfactory goods. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE, WASTE OF MONEY, RUINED GIFTS”

Hi Chris, you received a FREE skin so didn't pay anything for the gift. As explained we go to great lengths to explain exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even videos so im afraid if you don't notice or take the time to look at these then i'm not sure what more we could do. After you said there was an issue with your skin we asked you to return them so we could view the issue and we explained we would pay for the return postage then reproduce the skins so again not sure what more we can do to resolve the issue.

Hi Lesley, they are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

Hi Chris, unfortunately I can see that the photos you used were tiny and low resolution which is why they have not printed well, we advise that you should use decent quality images for the best results. Our skins are a perfect fit with all ports and cameras so if you are having issues you can send it back for us to check but it is more likely that you just need to adjust your placement of the skin, it's easy to do as they can be removed and reapplied as many times as you like.

“Terrible quality.... thick material used and terrible edging... doesn't fully go round my camera and flash on my galaxy S5. JuSt goes round the 2 together.”

Hi Karl, you bought a skin and a case so not sure which you are referring to. Our skins are of the highest quality and are ultra thin at just 150 Microns which is incredibly thin! the Skin for the S5 has individual cut outs for the camera and the flash so really not sure what you are seeing - please feel free to contact our customer service department at info@wrappz.com and they will resolve any issues
