I ordered a personalised wrap as part of my brother’s 30th birthday present, and looking at the order time to make and the delivery time I ordered it, as I calculated that it would arrive in time. All I got was a confirmation email after the order and heard nothing since. The day before my brother’s birthday I was worrying as I hadn’t received any information about my order, so I emailed them and received no response. An hour and a half later I got a dispatch email, so they clearly forgot about my order, and inevitably the gift was late despite my efforts to order it in time.
