“The first time i purchased from you it was 5 stars.. this time it was a different experience to say the least.. i made the mistake of putting my old adress for delivery.. so ok no problem right? At least thats what i thought... i spent hours and hours trying to phone you.. it was obvious that the calls were being ignored because the line was engaged and then it would just ring so the phone had being used, put down and then ignored.. emails wernt responded to either at least not for a stupid long time, why have phone numbers and emails if you dont use them?”

“My skin arrived today... pixelated, cut outs wrong and not to fit. This is a very poor skin and I am not at all happy this purchase... very poor. will NOT be back!”

“I would like to write a positive review but I have yet to receive my order.!! I have tried to contact the support team multiple times with zero responses so far. I ordered a product as a birthday gift and given it has not arrived It now looks like I missed the big day.”

“Rubbish: Thats the product and customer services who havent even bothered to respond The only reason overall rating is poor as opposed to very poor is that the item arrived quickly and well packaged -- but its a rubbish fit. if this ever gets printed -- buy elsewhere -- I cant be bothered to explain further”

“I recently bought a personalised iPhone 7 case but was sent an iPhone 6 case (the phone is the same size but the camera is in a different place) so the case covered the camera. I emailed wrappz to let them know and rather than offering to make the case again they refunded me just for the case but not postage. So now I'm stuck with a case that doesn't fit my phone and wasted postage on an item that I can't use. Disappointing”

Hi Kelly - I have spoken to the customer service staff and it seems we were never made aware that you had received the wrong case, we were just told that it didn't fit and so issued a refund, the refund should have included postage so if it did not please contact support@wrappz.com and they will help

“What I was expecting was a 'phone case/cover' , what I actually got was a sticker to put on my phone. The photo I'd selected was stretched n distorted, disappointed.”

Hi Madeleine - you ordered a skin which is an adhesive vinyl cover, we do all we can to explain what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We do also sell hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

“I wasn't very impressed with the phone case I was sent , sadly the photo that I sent was reproduced in a darker manner making it a poor reproduction . Sorry , I cannot add a photo of this as the parents of my new granddaughter don't want any photos on the Internet at all. I had bought this phone case through an offer . Maybe this is why what seemed to be less care was taken in checking the quality . I am sorry I won't be ordering anything else.”

Hi Anne-Maria - I can see that the image that you have uploaded is a very dark image so it will have been printed like that also. We do not lighten images unless specifically asked to do so, but we are happy to do that upon request.

Hi Martin - You ordered a skin for the Sony Xperia Z, if you have a different device then i'm afraid the skin will not fit, we do advertise that the skin will fit this model only and not the later models

“Please be aware that the iPhone 'skin' they send you is just a printed sticker that you can put on the front and back of your phone, it's not a 'skin' in the sense of a protective skin. I was quite disappointed by this. Moreover, the app to design the skin kept malfunctioning and crashing. Next time I will just print my own on some adhesive paper.”
