“Hello there, I make the mistake off entering my back details on a free phone cover from o2 gifts and was charged, I phoned up and was told I would be refunded which hasn't happened on that every day?????? I would like my £10.49 returned to me as promised Brendan Moran 07709546451 thank you, ps I got my wrap which is what I wants as a free gift so I'd like it to be a free gift yours hopeful Brendan Moran.”

“the website was easy to use, the turn around time was really good, The product: i am so disappointed i didnt expect a sticky thing with a piece of elastic. when i called about it the person i spoke to was very matter of fact. i do not think it is worth the money for what i feel is half a case. would not recommed”

Hi Margaret - a skin is an adhesive vinyl cover - we do all we can on the site to show this with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video, we do also sell hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time

“What appears to be a £6-£7 product turned out to be a thick glossy sticker. Although the image we of a high enough resolution the print itself wasn't. Wasn't worth the delivery charge let alone the price.”

Hi Muhammad - a skin is an adhesive vinyl cover - we do all we can on the site to show this with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video, we do also sell hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time

“Wrappz I ordered through 02 and immediately on ordering realised my old address was in PayPal address I rang and sent several emails straight away to wrappz customer services and eventually got a answer declaring they had changed my address but still I haven't received the item!”

“It wasn't clear on your website how the print would wrap round the edges, therefore I ended up with white sections on the edges because I utilised the image for the back of the case rather. Expecting the edges to be one colour. Other than that its a great product.”

Hi Andrew - the website templates do have very clear guides showing the edges of the case with warnings like: 'FILL THIS AREA TO COVER SIDES, TOP AND BOTTOM OF CASE' There are also detailed instructions to the right of the template design area stating: 'Black Solid Line denotes the entire print area including the sides of the case. Your design must fill this area so there are no white areas on your case'

Hi Hannah, we do all we can to show exactly what skins are with lengthy product descriptions, numerous photos of the skins and even videos. We do also provide hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

Hi Nas, they are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“I ordered a passport case for my friends 19th as she was going away abroad. The delivery was quicker then i thought it was which was a plus. The price was good but the quality of the product was awful. I wouldn't buy again and i wouldn't have given it to her if she wasn't going away that week and could have got her something else.”
