“The quality of the skin is ok and the main reason behind the score is they gave me a half price voucher which i couldnt use to get a hard case version.”

“Used o2 priority so thankfully I only paid £2.99 for this product.... I would have been so disappointed If I had paid the actual price of £7.99!!!! Luckily I chased my purchase after 8 days of ordering as my item had not actually been dispatched. Took 10 days to arrive. Only positive was that customer support was quick to respond to emails. Dissapointed.”

“The skin didn't fit the phone properly. It was only by a couple mm but that means camera etc gets slightly covered.”

Hi Gemma - all of our skins fit the device perfectly leaving all ports and camera holes free so if there is an issue with yours then you may have applied it slightly out of position, please remember you can remove and reapply them as many times as you like. If you think there is an issue with the cut of the skin please contact our customer services department at info@wrappz.com

Hi Jayne, we do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. They are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“I ordered a phone skin that was worth £7.99, but luckily I had on 02 voucher that mades the skin free. However I still paid for postage and packing which was £2.50. The phon skin was ridiculous, it was a sticker, and I find you using the term skin misleading. I would feel awful for anyone who paid £7.99 for a sticker. I will never order with Wrappz again, because I'm now under the impression that if I pay full price for your products, I'm just going to be ripped off due to the productSmiler being misleading when described.”

They are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“I originally ordered a cushion which arrived and had a noticeable ink mark on it. Other than that the colours and quality was lovely. Wrappz sent out a replacement cushion, which arrived and the colours were so acid and bright - totally off! I have had this design printed before on cotton so I know how the colours would turn out. Before receiving the replacement cushion I ordered some more under the impression that they would come true to colour. But again they arrived and were so off colour?! They also smell awful. Really not impressed with the service I have received... I have been waiting for two days for a response from customer service. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.”

Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time. Regarding delivery - unfortunately it doesn't matter how thin they are the Royal Mail still charge to deliver them.

“Basically I picked a "HD crown wallpaper" from a search engine I looked for a lot of different types of comics etc and found something hen proceeded to the Wrappz website to apply the layers it looked fine but when it arrived the crown images where blurred very slightly Leaving the whole thing to look very sorry for itself HOWEVER I'm sure if I had chosen one of their ones it would have come out just fine as crystal clear???????????????????? in any case it was a test to see if when I buy my Mrs her iPhones 6s like mine she could have a family picture or case but the I made quality just isn't there...yolo”

Hi Imran, I have checked the image you used and it is tiny and also very low resolution at 72dpi so would not show well on screen and would not print well. Most images will print well especially if taken from your phone as these are typically quite large these days, you can always email us the image before you order and ask us to check the quality before you go ahead and order - hope this helps.

“Brought through 02 priority, Thought it was a phone case, I was mistaken. It's stickers. £2.50 for delivery of stickers. No reply to email as to why you charge so much for delivery. Sorry to say I am disappointed. Glad I didn't pay full price!”

“The phone skin I ordered was perfectly fine in the way the design appeared. However, after having the skin on my phone for a month or so I decided I might get a new design and as I've peeled the skin off its actually taken some of my phones back colouring off. This is especially annoying given that I have an expensive phone and I chose a colour I liked and now I'm stuck with a phone with patches in the back of it due to a wrappz product”
