“I paid for my phone case...still haven't received it over 2 weeks later..and I can't contact anybody to see why I haven't received my item as every time I put my details in it says I'm.not recognised”

“The alignment of the picture that we received is incorrect with a white strip at the bottom. How do I return it and get my money back. I was carefully to work with the guidelines on your website so this is a very poor service.”

“The printing was off set so when it arrived I had to cut of the white that was not printed right ... I will not be ordering anything else from them, they can't even get the basic dimensions right !!!”

“The sticker wasn't cut out tidy so pictures were cut in half and white bits were left on display, it also did not fit on the controller properly.”

“My son ordered me a personalised phone case from you. He chased you on numerous occasions and was constantly met with excuses. You have now refunded him but this has left him without the thoughtful gift he intended to give me. The email confirming the refund did not even acknowledge the very poor service he'd been given - very very disappointing!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I am disgusted at the way this 'company' has treated me as a CUSTOMER. I ordered a phone case and the company messed up my shipment address to which I proved was their own fault and not mine, then the company decided to stop replying to my emails and totally blank me. This company is a discrace and has ROBBED me. I highly suggest buying cases from Amazon etc as you will get a smooth experience with friendly staff if there is any problems. Would give this company 0 stars if I could.”

“my order has not come until this time. it was ordered last april 6 and until now april 20 the ordered has not come. They said it was dispatched on april 13. Very bad service!”

“Website to design the phone case was brilliant. ANd the outcome of it is really good. But the communication and shipping is awful. Emailed to find out where my item was after 8 days of nothing. To only have a automatic response. Then case shows up 15 days later. Lovely quality but wouldn't order again cause of the lack of customer service.”
