“I always see these massive cons on TVs and I never thought I would fall for one! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Over priced sticker, thought I was buying a phone cover for this price.”

“My Purchace hasn't even arrived yet, despite it being purchased on the 5th of May. Surely it doesn't take over 10 days to get my purchace made and posted. Quite unimpressed.”

“You despatched my order on Tues 9th May and I have not yet received it a week later (it was a gift for my wife's birthday today so have missed the occasion I ordered it for). I have emailed you to chase the order with no respond wand when I tried to call, nobody answered. You have taken the money for the order so your 'service' appears to amount to theft at this point in time.”

“Not happy with the service I order a phone case which took 2 weeks to come, then it was the wrong case emailed them to get things sorted they emailed back saying they would send out a new case straight away and I am still waiting!!!”

“wrong cover sent we ordered a s7 edge cover and were sent an s6 edge cover sent email same day as of yet no reply so i have a phone cover thats no good to anybody and im out of pocket but this may make you respond”

“I never recieved my order. I emailed to change the address as I made a mistake before it was dispatched. I recieved an email saying that Wrappz had changed my address, to a different address to the one I corrected it to. I haven't yet recieved my order as I assume it went to the wrong address.”

“Ordered nearly two weeks ago still nothing heard since confirmation email automatically sent after the initial purchase. I have tried to ring on numerous occasions and get three ringside then automated message. Emailed and had no reply. Terrible customer service and still have no idea if I'm going to receive my cases or not.”
